Ο βασικός πρωταγωνιστής κι εδώ είναι η μαυροντυμένη, δρεπανηφόρα φιγούρα του Χάρου, ενός Χάρου όμως, που μόνο φόβο δεν μας προκαλεί. Γιατί εδώ ο Μεγάλος Θεριστής αποδεικνύεται Μεγάλος Χιουμορίστας, και το μακάβριο δίνει τη θέση του στο ξεκαρδιστικά αστείο. Για άλλη μια φορά ο Αρκάς ξορκίζει τον θάνατο με το λυτρωτικό γέλιο, ένα γέλιο αβίαστο και πληθωρικό, που είναι πάντα κατάφαση ζωής. |
